The goal of this thread is to make it easier to find and look through all the programs people have made for wanikani, as well as group them. So I was bored and I wanted to help out the community a little, but my programming skills aren’t good enough (yet) to make anything on my own. These are in no particular order, I just started from the top of page 1 and went down the list. I may put them in some sort of order when I finish. 6 of 8 pages done! For the scripts below you will need either Tampermonkey (Chrome) or Greasemonkey (Firefox). Scripts:
Chrome Extensions:
- WaniKani Audio Trainer - Will read a word you learned in WK and you have to type the meaning or kanji.
- Wanikani Self-Study - Allows the user to create their own vocabulary and study it in the wanikani method
- Wanikanify - Will change words in web pages to their literal translation based on the vocabulary you have learned through WK.
- Wanikani Helper (Wanikani Augmenter) - Adds a ton of features to the wanikani website including a review timeline on the dashboard, ability to change review and lesson order, and show remaining reviews by type while in reviews
- WaniKani Customizer - Adds a timeline to the dashboard, sort lessons and reviews, specifies on/kun’yomi in reviews, and more
- WaniKani Notifier Redux - Notifies you when you have reviews, shows the number of reviews under the icon
- WaniKani Notifier (t0asterb0t) - Notifies you when you have reviews
- Custom Board Extension - Ability to leave out forum boards you don’t want to see threads from on the dashboard forum topics.
- Chrome Extension by naigeru - I don’t know what this does, but heres the link anyways
- WaniKani Notifier (Kaerigan)- Notifies you when you have reviews, small number under icon showing amount of reviews
- Wanikani Recall - Kanji/vocab writing practice as a chrome webapp
- Wanikani Forum Enhancer - Remembers where you are in a thread, adds a red line at the top of the first unread post, automatically moves you to the first unread post, and more.

- Suppon Nabe - A notification icon that will change colors when you have lessons and/or reviews ready
