Welcome to the book club devoted to this sweet slice of life manga about a man and his cat and their shared love for each other.

In this thread we will read through the manga, chapter by chapter, and discuss the story, new vocabulary, new grammar points etc that we come across.

The plan is to read one chapter a week and we will start reading the first chapter on the date that is decided by the majority vote: vote here
(The poll will close this Friday, on the 21st of August)

We will start reading on 2020-08-23T22:00:00Z, as decided by the majority vote.

Argh, I love this manga, but I’m so behind on all my other book clubs! I might pop in every now and then, but don’t view me as an official member! :sweat_smile:

By the way I just have to ask, your profile pic. Was it, by any chance, taken at the Yuri on Ice Närcon event in Sweden? :smiley:

(I never went to the Yuri on Ice myself, but I’ve been to Närcon Winter and Närcon Summer as a cosplay photographer)

I also happen to have this on my shelves, never opened! I’d love to join the club but right now I’m just too busy with all my other manga reading and bookclubs - which I’m way behind on. So I can’t join you, but wish you all the best!

Hi Sarabrina, the book looks very cute. I’m not sure if you realise, but you haven’t put this in the Reading section which is where it should belong. Are you friends with anyone with powers to move it?
