? If so, that’s the two pages of extra content that were delivered when buying digitally from BookWalker. If not… 
There are these postcard-sized one-page おまけ minis out there, at least up to seven different ones, that you could only get by buying it from a certain store (like Tsutaya etc). These are marked “not for resale”, but obviously that’s not holding anyone back. Hoping they’ll be part of the extra for volume 3… hunting them all down when visiting Japan in mid-October sounds like a lot of work.
