We still have a lot of time until this book club starts, I know… but I recently took a peek in order to start to think about a possible schedule, and it turns out that this book has been written exclusively for our book club! (Or so it makes me believe )
Therefore I put it into the OP straight away. I hope y’all agree that the schedule is amazing as-is (because I honestly wouldn’t know how to improve it ). But if you have a better suggestion, I’m all ears of course.
Anyways: When it comes to the book emoji, I think there is room for improvement! I know next to nothing about the book (other than that the MC is a boy haha I did not even know that properly) and so I decided to go with what looks like a boy’s face to me. If you have an emoji that you think fits the book better, please let me know!
(In case you wonder: Amazon was so kind as to publish the table of contents in their preview, so these are the real page numbers from the paperback book.)
Hahaha omg thanks for telling me I had this seriously mixed up in my head and did not even take the time to check the abstract again
like I said, I know nothing about the book
To iron over my blunder, I changed the icon to the sunrise icon for now (thanks @Axazel for your suggestions) but am still open to suggestions or opinions
I was gonna say! But even then I was also a little confused.
Isn’t it the narrator that meets Tugumi? I couldn’t quite tell if the narrator is a character, and if that character is a boy or girl… Or if I’m wrong all together haha.
Hmm. I think this is possibly quite a bit beyond my level. But I just found the local library in the town I travel to for work interstate has a copy in their library. Which may be a sign. There’s a good chance I’ll be here when the club starts so I can borrow it and see how I go.
Hello! I’m looking forward to participating in the book club - つぐみ looks like an interesting and relatively easy read, and it’s my first time doing one of the Wanikani book clubs! I might end up reading ahead, for forewarning, haha.
