I actually didn’t realize that Eren was crying, now everything makes sense!
This also sounds like she’s telling him to do something, don’t know if getting a medical examination is something he should do or should have done, but then it would basically be Mikasa scolding him. He got angry (and cried?) Because she was scolding him.
Not sure this is exactly the context, but probably Hannes did think Eren was crying because Mikasa had scolded him… actually he’s been crying literally for no reason since the beginning of the chapter and now I don’t remember the anime but there was some deeper reason that gets figured out around season 3-4 
could be wrong tho, the beginning if this manga is quite intricated

And yes, there’s a reason for a lot of seemingly meaningless and random stuff in AoT.

Summary
in the beginning of the chapter he wakes up crying, and neither him nor Mikasa know why. On their way back home she asks what you translated in your last answer. Maybe Hannes being drunk hears it and simply thinks that he’s crying for some reason so he asks if Mikasa scolded him.
Yet I have a doubt on his next line, what does Eren means with his next line? (Previous to 酒くさ！)

No, that’s a separate thing I feel. He’s just exclaiming that the dude reeks of alcohol.

Even though I can’t find it, I think って here is some sort of っていうか, either abbreviated, or like an interjection. Basically, shifting importance to another topic, in this case…

Either that with って, or Eren is quoting either Hannes or himself. Asking why he would say that, or saying he’s saying he wouldn’t cry for that. I’d still go with my hunch of the first one.
Unless you translated it as なんでオレが泣くんだよって “why are you saying I would cry?”
