You’re not saying that in polite company, right? Because that’s kinda rude. 
As with all things in Japanese, that depends on the context, doesn’t it?
For example, someone really strong does something that most people can’t do?
えー！何この人！ すごっ！
wouldn’t be rude at all. If anything, it’s flattering in this use case.
At any rate, my comment was mostly on how the grammar doesn’t feel any different from なにこれ

I had some difficulties with some everyday expressions that I didn’t know, but hopefully, reading them here will help me in future readings.
I used ichimoe for some sentences and it helped me a lot ^^
