I bought volume 3 with 50% coins back at Bookwalker.
I saw you could pre-order volume 4 at a discount price but I didn’t go that far (yet).

There’s a big chance we’ll continue next week directly seeing the poll results right now. I’ll make a new thread by then for Volume 3 and post the link here, and looking at the release date, seems like we’ll be able to continue onto Volume 4 directly, too

Finally finished. Can’t tell if senpai was mean or just playful (i mean, she kind of… force gave him a smoking habit, which I would characterise as mean, but also it was… the late 90s? Idk). From the extras, seems they did end up together for a time at least.
I will join the next, but may or may not hold to schedule. ヤニ吸う is pretty nice as a slightly challenging read that doesn’t take too much effort week to week but isn’t quite so ‘things actually happen’ that I necessarily want to read ahead.

I got a bit of a different take on this mostly based on a といい grammar point that I think fits better. I think it’s “from the perspective of… as well as…”, with the second part omitted, which also happens e.g. in this stackexchange question. Leading to:
“With regard to the thing around the neck (omitted: and the color of the hair, and the facial expression…), (omitted: the cat) sort of resembles (omitted: Tayama), doesn’t it.”
