Widget(s) I would like

Hey there. I love the new UI, I love the new changes. But I’d like to suggestion two widgets/features I would like to see:

1. Widget that lets you see how long you’ve been on a certain level, and lets you know how long you were on the last level as well. I’d like to race myself to get more levels done faster/consistently, and this widget would make tracking that more convenient.

2. The old “hover over this kanji and we’ll tell you when it’s due for reviews” function. I understand that I can still see these manually by clicking on the page for the kanji, but that old function was very convenient, and I would like it back. If I can’t have it back, I understand. It was probably removed for a reason.

I love WaniKani, it’s a great tool. These are just some things I’d like to see anyways. I’m not going to tag Kyle because it’s 11:24PM EST and I don’t want to bug the guy, but it would be cool if he could see this. That’s all. Love you guys.

Not a widget (as much as I agree it would be a great and convenient feature) but you can track your level progress as mentioned + more in great detail on wkstats.com if you aren’t already. Absolutely should be baked-in stats, but until then it’s a great resource.

As for the hover feature, it has been confirmed to not be returning- as detailed here;

You Can Now Prioritize Your Reviews by "Apprentice First" (plus, Kanji Hoverpocalypse™ updates)

Jatacid will be happy to know that you can now prioritize your Reviews queue by “Apprentice first” and “Lower SRS Stages First.” The idea here is that items at lower SRS stages (especially Apprentice timings) should be studied more on time than items at higher SRS stages. If you miss an Apprentice review by a week or two, it can be a big deal (you’ll be more likely to be unable to recall it). I would like to second the request for the level time widget. I think that would be a great addition to my Dashboard! Going to wkstats is something I have to go out of my way for; it’d be nice to be able to see it more easily. (It’s not a “must have” or anything, but in case anyone is trying to gauge interest for future widgets, I wanted to add my voice here.)
