Well, I’ve been level 3 twice and guess what I got? Nothing…twice.
I’ve contacted them last year because I read about this in another thread, but never got an E-Mail back from them. I didn’t try it a second time after I reset though, I mean, I’m not really gonna beg for some sweet WK merch…riiight?
What did they say
That they send stikers when you reach a certain level. And that what was my address to sort it out

I got an email titled “Level 3! How about some WaniKani stickers” hopefully you can search for that to reply. The stickers are cute so I pasted them into my Hobonichi that I am using to track my progress. It also came with a sweet hand written thank you note. Koichi’s mama raised him well, haha!

We still send some stickers for users who have completed the first two levels. Though, we don’t have your mailing info, so we are gathering this info with an online form, which we send the link for in an email you’re supposed to get after you hit level 3. Sometimes this email gets lost in your inbox or doesn’t send out properly because of the system trouble. That’s probably the reason you didn’t receive the email. Or, if you’re a long time user — we started sending stickers in fall of 2016 or so, so you might not have received one. So please don’t take it personally (in case you feel that way). The Crabigator loves us equally.
So, if you are level 3+ and you have never gotten stickers from us, I’m happy to send you some! Just email us at hello@wanikani.com. Don’t forget to include your full name and your home address (including your country if not U.S.). And, your username and current level on WaniKani, if possible.
