The sale is back and so am I. I’ve tried to use WaniKani in the past, but I wasn’t happy with my progress. I have since revised my expectations for the time it takes to study another language, especially because I can’t keep up with the folks who stay on top of every review interval and always do every available lesson. I recognize that it will take me years to make my way—at the speed of a dortoise—through the content here. The years will pass regardless of whether I study, though, and I’d rather make some progress than none.

I got mine 2 years ago.
Realized I did want to learn it further at the time, but just won’t have the time to do it within a year so opted for life. Since I burned out of it doing it every single day “because I’m paying for it every month”.
So here we are 2 years later at a higher level than before and having some more dedication to keep going at a slow but steady pace.
