Yeah, from the list of meanings on the item page it looks like a formatting bug that incorrectly has the ‘and’ highlighted as being part of a meaning.

I imagine the thing that is wrong is the alternative meanings. It should be “name and address.”
手紙や書類などに書く、先方の氏名。また、住所と氏名。名宛。

Yep, that seems to be it since the content update thread where this item was mentioned as being added says:
Lvl 39: 宛名 Addressee, Name and Address あてな
Someone must have fat-fingered something.

Or they told the intern “Add ‘name and address’ as a synonym for 宛名” and were misunderstood…
