Hi there, everyone!
As I said in the title, I was wondering if there was any way to bulk download the JapanesePod101 audio lessons and pdf notes?
I have a 2 year subscription, but I want to download all the lessons Iām interested in so I can have them safely stored on my laptop for times I am without internet, or for future use. However, currently I have been downloading each lesson individually, which will become ridiculously time consuming if I have to do that for everything.
To be honest, I wouldnāt even feel bad using a torrent if one exists, since Iāve paid for the material, anyway.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Yep, that should be possible! In fact, I did it myself some time ago.
Unless theyāve changed things since, you can enable downloads by setting up a personalized podcast feed, and then using the link they provide to pull everything down via an aggregator program.
If you go to the āMyFeedā section on the JP101 site it should explain how it works, and how to configure which lessons and pdf notes to fetch.
I definitely did this back in 2010. I kind of prefer doing it online anyway (since I renewed my account), but as you say, thatās not always possible.
Fair warning, I downloaded over 21GB of stuff back then. Thereās a lot.
Ah, cool. I will look into that. Thanks for the help, guys!
I see the āMy Feedā feature can download the PDFs⦠but I canāt tell if it downloads only some of the PDFs:

That doesnāt seem to include transcripts and checklists. Can anyone who has used this feature confirm?
I didnāt get transcripts.
No checklists, either, but isnāt the checklist just the same for every lesson anyway? So you should only need to download that once to begin with.
