@JenK Could you make a forum moderator group that we can @mention? There is @moderators, but I don’t think we can mention that group, and even if we could it would notify more people than necessary. A group would be good so that whoever is on can come to the rescue, rather than having to mention everyone individually or waiting for one person to come online
