Is there any possibility that I can unscramble the ordering of reviews. What I mean is, can I answer both meaning and reading successively in order so that I would be able to do a handful of reviews on the fly opposed to having to sit down and essentially do all my reviews in more or less one go?
It’s a little bit frustrating if I have to cut my session short for whatever reason, knowing I will basically have to redo most of those reviews later.

This is the userscript you’d be looking for, I think. Personally, if I only have a few minutes for reviews, I just use the wrap up option so WK goes through the 10 outstanding meaning/reading pairs still for you to review (I believe there’s only 10 at any one time? Might be wrong though).
You can press the finish up button at once when you start a new review session, then you just have to do 10.
