After doing lessons for the first time, I’ll sometimes want to go over them again since I don’t think I internalized them properly the first time, but if I repeat them through Recent Lessons, then I also have to sit through dozens of other items from earlier which I’m more confident about.
Is there a way to shorten the time period that Recent Lessons uses to determine how recent is recent? As it is, in order to redo just the newest stuff I have to wait until the first review, get them wrong, then go through Recent Mistakes, which actually is just recent mistakes.
If I recall correctly, when completing a set of new lessons there used to be two options presented - go over the lessons again or move along. Never really noticed that it is no longer there til I saw your question. Or… I am remembering something that never existed. Neither of which helps you of course, but posting this as I now I am curious if my memory is correct or not.
