^Tricky, I’m guessing “as for people (in general), (they) call them hunters” with 呼ぶ having the meaning “to designate; to name; to brand” in this case (thanks yomichan). At first I was trying to make sense of it as “calling out to” or summoning, which were the meanings I was familiar with^^;

The final test in order to gain Gin’s recognition is “to find him” (command), that’s the way it is. This is harder than any hunt.
