So, on the second page, 残り少なくなってきた = “there’s not much left”, right? I feel like I’m missing something here, though, because that jar is almost full.
I like this panel. It’s cute. And accurate. And also shows that Kiyo did, for at least one point in her life, own a pair of trousers.

Yeah that’s what I thought too. Maybe there’s only a lot of liquid left, but not a lot of solid ginger? Like maybe the ginger was initially tightly packed in. It does look like there’s still a lot left though

I’ve never had 紅しょうが before, but those おいなりさん sound really good!
By the way, I think I deciphered this chapter’s handwritten last page, but wondering if someone could help with the one from last week? (On おでん.)

My (ahem) copy appears to be the manazine editions, and lacks the omake pages from the tankobon edition. Perhaps you could post an image of it?

I think what was on her pants was just dirt, there is no way the scrape was deep enough to draw that much blood, however I agree it’s weird that no one noticed and treated it

Clearly this series needs to have the time, money, and effort put into creating a colorized release just so we can get a confirmation. Or OVA of this storyline or something.
I looked back over the sound effects to see if there was anything there:
Post-Fall
Sound effect for throbbing pain. That does feel more like something I’d associate with hitting’s one knee rather than scrapping it. (And looking back on it, the artwork does look more like solid dirt here now, although I too thought she’d badly scrapped it.)
Walking
Nothing informative from this sound effect, as it’s just showing that her steps are unsteady. But considering the dark spot hasn’t changed any, it does indeed appear to just be dirt.

There’s a hole in her trouser leg that’s practically big enough to fit her head through. There’s no way that’s just dirt. And that’s not how you draw dirt in manga.

Oh, the Sports Day flashback continues! But from Kenta’s perspective now! Are these three telepathic? Why else would they all be having the same flashback, in narrative order?
I’m so glad they finally noticed that Sumire is obviously hurt worse than Kiyo.
The Michi-no-Eki with the horse statue briefly mentioned on the first page of the chapter is probably Shichinohe - it’s about twenty minutes’ drive from Towada.
