WKの例文は「こんな得体の知れないもの、食べられないよ。」と言いましたでも使い方何ですか。「 得体の知れない」があまり分かりませんでした。英語で得体の意味は「character」しかし使い方よく分かりません。是非教えて下さい。
「得体の知れない」を一つの言葉としてjisho.orgで調べてみました。そのjishoの翻訳によると、「strange; unfamiliar; mysterious; suspicious」という意味らしいですよ。
なら、あの例文は、「こんな変な物、食べられない」と言う意味になるかもしれませんね。
FYI, you can’t use でも in the middle of a sentence like that. You could use けど or が if you wanted to write it that way.
