Every day, I use WaniKani both on my phone and on my pc. Both of my sessions were always active, I rarely had to log in again. Since a few days, I need to log in every day because my session expires. Has something changed? Is there anything I can do to stay logged in for 2 weeks as before?
I had this problem as well twice before, the first time I was just forgetting to press the ākeep me logged in buttonā, which might be your problem( assuming that the picture is from right before you log in).
The second time while I never actually figured out what went wrong exactly, it did fix itself when I switched browsers from chrome to firefox, so perhaps your browser is the problem?
Yeah, I did press the ākeep me logged inā button (well, I may have forgotten it once, but I have had this problem for about 4 days now on both devices, and Iām sure I do press the checkbox more often than not haha)
I do use Chrome on my pc, but I use Opera on my phoneā¦ But Iāll try another browser, see if that fixes the problem!
Same experience. I use wanikani on two devices, and despite ākeep me loggedā checked I get logged out since yesterday every day.
Came here to see if it was just me or if anyone else was having the issue. Iām definitely checking the remember me box, and itās happening for me on desktop Firefox as well as my mobile too. Youāre not alone!

Same here, Iām using WaniKani on Zen Browser on 2 laptops and on Firefox Mobile (essentially 3 Firefox sessions).
Weāre looking into this but havenāt been able to reproduce it consistently.

This has started happening for me, as well. It was fine like a week ago but now almost every time I click the tab I have to log back in

Iāve been alternating between two computers with latest firefox 151.0.4 with lastpass and adblock plus addons installed (I think just those 2 addons). Been a few days of more regular login prompts, definitely less than a week. Feels like once daily to me.
Possibly due to not logging in frequently in the past, but Iāve noticed the first time I click on reviews after logging in, lastpass thinks it should fill the input with my login email address.

This has started happening to me recently, too. I mainly use the app at home and at the office, and I am always being asked to log on whenever I switch. Iāve started thinking of it as being a one-device limitation, which I hope isnāt true.

Not opposed, but what would a useful device info answer look like? Theyāre both windows 10 computers, a laptop and desktop.
Same problem here, on two very different Win11 machines, one running Firefox 152, the other MS Edge. On both, log-in would basically never really expire before, but since about a week or so I have to log in every day without fail, despite checking the box every time.
