So this is after I pressed enter and got it right. No indicator of “apprentice” or anything else for that matter. Happened several times during my reviews, only for radicals.

Sorry about the experience. Are you by chance using scripts? If so, have you tried turning them off to see if the problem persists? Or tried another browser (one that uses vanilla WaniKani) to see if the problem persists?
On my end, I just did some radical reviews and the SRS indicator popped up each time I successfully completed them. So it is leading me to believe there may be some outside factors in play.
Yep, you must be right. I did just install a new script. Tried it on my phone and couldn’t reproduce the issue.
