Problem with Monthly Subscription: additional levels cannot be accessed!

Hello.
I checked the subscription page and it does not say when it expires, only that it is recurring. I think, from what I have read on the FAQ, that the subscription is automatically done once you have chosen a specific plan.
But I notice something more: while month plan is “active”, the section “does everything looks good” is now blank. It had some details back when I paid last week. Is that normal?

The “does everything look good” section is only shown when you put in all your info (i.e. your sub plan, your method of paying, etc.) from what I remember.
