I've gurued up everything, why haven't I leveled up?

Subject says it all.

All my vocab, kanji, and radicals are guru’d but I have yet to receive that email that tells me I can progress to level four… or does that not exist anymore? I want to get the most bang for my buck when I subscribe to the monthly so I’m waiting for this email.

Am I correct in these assumptions? Help! I really just want to get a move on and learn more vocab. I’m sick of reviewing Levels 1 - 3!!

Lol, well that’s odd I have a number 4 next to my name which means I should be able to level up once I subscribe?

So it’s the first three levels that are free right? I can’t wait to be in a position to sub. I’m progressing and I am loving it.
