Maximum Daily Review Limit

Hey guys I’ll keep it brief. I no longer have as much time to study WaniKani as I used to, but after taking a brief vacation period I want to get back into it. I often get put off when I wake up and see reviews in the 200s, and would love to be able to set a limit of (for example) 100 and backlog the remaining reviews to the next day like you can in Anki. Is there any way to do this in vanilla WaniKani or with a script? Thanks!

You can prematurely exit the review session by clicking on the wrap up button. This will terminate the session after doing the next ten items. This count includes all the items where only the meaning or the reading is done but not the other.

To exit after 100 review click on the wrap up button when you reach 90 reviews done. The remaining reviews are delayed until the next session.

The Smouldering Durtles app on Android has an option where you can put in a review limit per review session, so every session is only x reviews, and then you have to start a new session basically. I think on iPhones, the comparable app is Tsurukame?

Is this mostly a visibility issue for you or do you not want to do that many in one go? If the latter, as suggested above, you can simply wrap up a session and continue at another moment.

Yeah Tsurukame has the batch size feature too. Choices of 5,10,15, 20, 25, 30, 50, 75, and 100.
So if a person was aiming for 100 a day, could do 5 rounds of 20, or do 1 round of 100 (and just suspend the app if they need to stop during the session. It’s never caused me any issues)
