Kanji level on the dashboard

When we look at the levels, would it be possible to make appear on the dashboard the reading and the meaning of the kanji we are learning as it appeared before the new application. We have to click several times on the same kanji to get what we want.

I thank you for your help, I know you do your best to help us and I think Wanikani is really great. I am so sloooow…but I keep going on.

Would the script Dashboard Progress Plus 2 help? The kanji for the current level are on the dasboard and hovering the mouse over a kanji will reveal the meaning and reading.

I am going to try to be more specific :
For example if I look at lesson 30, I do not have an overall of each kanji (meaning and writing), I have to click on each kanji to get it.
If I use the arrow I will go back to the next one, if I am not interested in the next one and I want to see another one I have to go back to the dashboard and then go back again to lesson 30 to click to the kanji I am looking for.
I feel I am making a lot of manipulation to get to certain kanji in one lesson.
I really thank you for your answer.
Best regards,
Pascale

I don’t understand what you mean, What is lesson 30? Do you mean level 30? Where does that show on the dashboard? What are the arrows you refer to?

On the dashboard there is a section Level Progress with the radical, kanji, and vocabulary. If I go to the Kanji section, all levels appear. Supposing I would like to review certain kanji on level 30 for example, all kanji appear at once but neither the meaning nor the writing appear on each kanji (which I find not convenient if we want to have an overview on the level). I have to click on a specific kanji to get the meaning and the writing, and when it is done I cannot go to another kanji because I go straight back to the main dashboard (the dashboard we have when we are connected to wanikani). So I have to go back again to the level of progress and look for another kanji to review. I find that this is too much manipulation.

yes, they got rid of the hover function because they considered it cheating, so they will not be adding it back
@prouleau’s script should give you what you want
(edit: oops, sorry for the ping)

If we really want to cheat we still can do it…
I really regret the old version of the kanji because it really helped for the review.
Anyways, thank you for your patience trying to help me.
Have a very happy new year!

I may be misunderstanding what you are asking about, but if what you want is to view all items from a specific level and see meaning and reading, have you tried the “Levels” menu selection from the app main menu. Select the WK level you are interested in seeing the items for and you should see all radicals, kanji and vocab from that level with their readings and meanings.

Thanks for clarifying. The Dashboard Progress Plus 2 script does what you want but only for the current level. To have what you want for all levels the suggestion of
@mgrice works best.
