Maybe I’m imagining this, but it seems like I have a noticable input/submit lag during reviews in the web app since the Dashboard update.
It lags for roughly 100ms - 400ms (a guess, no data). Sometimes when hitting enter, sometimes while typing the answer, sometimes when clicking to expand relevant info etc. I do not use any scripts beside Review Heatmap on the dashboard.
I have been waiting to see if it was my internet (internet is fine), or if this resolves itself somehow but no luck.
Does anybody else experience this or is it just me?
Are you using any scripts? If so, there’s something I’ve been wondering about. Some scripters are starting to use “Mutation Observers” to monitor page-to-page navigation after the WK update so their scripts will know when to start running. One potential issue with that is that putting a MutationObserver on the <body> of a document is going to trigger for a ton of events and potentially slow things down. It’s only a suspicion at this point, but it’s something I was wondering about.
