I'm Typing in Katakana! Please Help!

I started on my reviews this morning and found out that my keyboard had somehow started typing my readings in katakana instead of hiragana! For example, I was shown the kanji for “eye,” and when I tried typing me, it turned into the katakana symbol instead of the hiragana one. It wasn’t doing this yesterday, and as far as I know I haven’t changed anything since then. My katakana-written answers were not accepted, either. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Edit: Okay, so my keyboard is back to normal now. Hopefully it stays that way. Thank you for your advice!

Might be a stupid question, but do you have CapsLock on?

I don’t now, but I may have. My keyboard is working normally now, so maybe CapsLock was on but I undid it without realizing it. Thank you for your help :slight_smile:

Caps lock activates katakana. For hiragana, you need to have it off :slight_smile:
