She was only briefly, if ever, a human in my subconscious. Even though it’s backwards, the “exploding out of a live bird” mnemonic is the only one with her I really paid atrention to, so it steadily turned her image into Japhet in my mind.
Given she’s always appearing and causing evil omens and whatnot, to me she’s an evil bird lady that explodes out of living creatures when she appears to threaten you.

I picture her as the recently-resigned US Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao. Is it because of the name, or because she was in charge of the 丁? I may never know.

She’s always appeared as Izuru Kamukura (Danganronpa spoilers) in my mind. I think it was the initial description of long black hair and red eyes - it also helps with 長, since it ties into a general Longness. I wonder if I’ll run into more descriptions that make this mental image longterm confusing?!
