How do I see how long until I can do another review/lesson?

Here is WaniKani’s guide to explain what’s going on, how everything is going to work, etc. Also, There should be a schedule for when your next review is on the side of the page that says dashboard

The review schedule is shown in the Review Forecast on your dashboard.

The delay until lessons depends on how successful you are in reviews. If you guru a radical it will unlock some kanji lessons. If you guru a kanji it will unlock some vocabulary. If you guru 90% of the kanji in a level you will level up and this will unlock radicals and kanji for the next level.
