I want to pay for a lifetime subscription.
- Is there a discount coupon?
- How do you input the discount coupon when making payment?
If you wait until Christmas time, there’s traditionally always been a discount on Lifetime at that time of year.

I’ll reiterate what Belthazar said though: Around Christmas there’s a huge discount on lifetime. Back when I got lifetime, the remaining time of your current sub was subtracted from the price. I assume that’s still a thing, but you might want to confirm at the email above.
Get a yearly sub, try WaniKani for 3 months, if it still seems worth it then get your lifetime. (It’s actually a bit painful to think about how many people get lifetime just to quit WaniKani way before it payed off.)

I second this. Seeing as you are currently at Level 2, you have enough time to try out WaniKani for free, do your lessons, do your reviews, and decide whether you want to proceed with it. And when you reach the final free level (level 3) and you wish to continue then get the yearly sub/monthly sub to continue your progress. That’s what I did. Then I’ll be planning to upgrade to Lifetime on December.
Someone in the forum shared with me a discount code for yearly/monthly sub and it’s LEVEL4.
Here’s where you put it:
On your dashboard, click your profile and click Subscription. Choose your sub of choice and it will direct you to this page:
20% off coupon. Works on both yearly and monthly subs! See if it helps with getting it cheaper before you commit to the lifetime. If you do upgrade to lifetime while on yearly subs, the unused time on your yearly sub is prorated to the discounted lifetime price on December

Quite strange that on Dontpayfull, where there are discount codes for a lot of sites, there aren’t any for WaniKani.
