Difference between ようでは and ていては

Example:
そんなことばかり言っていては、成長できません。
そんなことばかり言うようでは、成長できません。

So what’s the nuance difference??
please and thank you,

They sound the same to me. If I had to say, いては as a feeling of continued repetition built into it, whereas ようでは doesn’t. So the former would suggest that they have already been saying nothing but those things, and the point is that if they keep on doing so they’ll wont grow. The latter is just saying that if you say nothing but those things, then you won’t grow.
