I just leveled up to Level 30…but Koichi didn’t send me an email! I got such nice and funny emails for the past few level-ups (in fact, once I got the email BEFORE I noticed my advancement on WaniKani), and I was really looking forward to the Level 30 email. Do they not do that for all levels? Have they stopped doing it? Send me my email, Koichi!

Their email system is having problems sending the emails in the right time 
You can fix it by leaving the mailing list of Wanikani and rejoining again.

Thank you! I did just that, and about 30 seconds later I got the Level 30 email. Amazing!
