I second this! This isn’t working at all for me. So I just kind of guess and come back at an even time around there.
I’m surprised too, I thought I was supposed to have about 2 items for review every half hour or hour for most of the day, but I’ve been at work for 3 hours and have no new reviews… It’s taken more refreshes than usual when on the review summary screen to get every item I’ve just done to show up, as well. (4-10 refreshes, as opposed to 1.) I do that to go over my wrong items.

that’s fine but when I hover over it, I get the compound arrow + question mark pointer
however; no amount of waiting or clicking will give a tooltip/popup/display of exactly when that will be, unlike before…
