Hi! Is there any way to disable reading reviews and only be tested on meanings?
I’m learning Japanese just for fun, and memorizing readings takes a lot of effort for me. Typing the same reading several times during reviews isn’t something I enjoy.
I’d rather focus on recognizing kanji and understanding their meanings. Is there a setting or workaround for that?
No. I would recommend you to do RTK instead.
Or more generally I personally wouldn’t recommend to do what you want to do

I don’t know if a specific user userscript for disabling just readings exists, but you could use one of these:
However, I quite agree with @downtimes that this might not be a very good decision. Learning readings does require some extra time, but would save you a lot of time later.
And I’m saying this as someone who, just like you, is learning Japanese for fun

What are you interested in ? (reading a book, speaking with someone etc…)
To strictly do what you’re describing Anki or JPDB are better suited to what you want to do as they are more flexible.
However if you’re at a very early stage and not able to at least read some simple sentences I would also recommend to follow WK for a bit, 10 to 15 level of WK would help you structure the early early stages of kanji learning.
WK is focused around kanji which are an important subset of the language but can we attacked through many different vectors.
