骨 Looks like Brook from One Piece and my mind is blown

I have no way of knowing if Oda Sensei ever considered this kanji when conceptualizing Brook. But tell me that 骨 doesn’t look like a skeleton with a top hat.

I do always think of that kanji as looking like a lil skeleton, but not with a top hat. The part that I believe you are interpreting as the brim of the hat I see as arms.
