Also my English sometimes is just 変, feel free to correct me here too.
Gaiden is 8 pages and omake is 1 and a half so I squeezed them in the last week. If it’s too much we can take a longer break afterwards.
Also I wanted to include chapter’s cover in the week’s announcement post, but they can be kinda spoilery and in HagaRen they are usually not the first page of the chapter

Having Ed just absent himself from the story for a few chapters by going “oh whoops, I forgot I had to run an errand” is… mildly awkward.

So, I assume the WC on the slippers means these are her toilet slippers, but why’s she gone outside wearing them? Kinda wondering if there’s a deleted panel or two showing that she’s trying to avoid having Sig tag along by pretending to use the toilet, but sneaking out the window instead, but as it currently stands, there’s no apparent reason why she wouldn’t be wearing her usual outdoor shoes.

So I checked the anime:
and then google. FMA wiki says she always wears them (and some sources - that it lends more to the fact that she is “just a housewife”).
Need to check every panel with her from now on

This is a fairly lay back kidnapping. I wonder how they will deal with greed, since a mallet to the head I would think would kill anyone else

Also, that horn sticking Greed in the forehead…
There is a meme with these two shaking hands, but it comes from somewhat later in the story. And I’m not sure how popular it ever got as a meme.
