Is this an advertisement for rice, now?
I’m wondering if ビアホール was a deliberate sound shift to avoid the repetition of ビールホール, or whether it was introduced separately, maybe from an English speaker with a different accent. Like an Aussie. Or maybe it’s just that ビール comes from Dutch.
Why’s Sumire so confused by what Mother is saying on the final page? Did she lie to Mother when requesting the leave and actually she was planning to watch Kenta’s team play in the finals? Guess we’ll find out next week.
