忙しいな - "she is restless", taking this as Ruri thinking, wow she is energetic/lively

Maybe they bought ice (or Yuka did) and she is saying like "is the ice in one piece (because it will have melted from us talking too long"? Confused.

学校行くか - "Do i go to school?", I think this is Ruri's internal monologue saying, hmm is it a good idea to go to school?
Wow I finally got through it all. That took a lot of time and effort but I am glad I went through doing my own translations because I feel like it is helping a lot. Thanks to everyone that has replied with corrections/clarifications. Looking forward to the next chapter!

It’s いいじゃないか?, but very slangy
Xあったら is a good one to remember, it’s commonly used for “if X happens”. Here “If something happens…”
After that you have a slight mistake, it’s か not が. “なんとか” doesn’t translate very nice, but let’s say “something or other”.
And at the end, するよ “I’ll do X, I tell you”.
Put together, “If something happens, I’ll do something about it”.

Literally “If you don’t want to go, it’s a different story”
It’s さて not きて. Otherwise the translation seems to match
She’s speaking about school still.
This roughly translates to “It will be difficult to go the way you did until now”.
The “the way you did until now” is the “今まで通りには”
There’s the 私. Bunch of stuff ommitted from the sentence, but it translates to “I’ll go with this one”. That’s why in the next line Ruri says “わたしもそれ”

Ah, I’m late. My laptop broke down and finding ways of continuing most things is proving challenging. I’m working on Week 8 at the moment. It’s getting easier at least, to some degree. There were certainly some elements of Week 7 that proved a challenge. Anyway, translation attempt. Here.
Pages 76-78
お母さん：おーでかいの出たなー。
Mum: Ah, that was a big one…

Ruri: It came out…
お母さん：案外あっさり出たね。
Mum: It came out unexpectedly quickly.

こんな is “this sort of”. こんな普通 is “this easily/this normally”
“I wonder why it came out so easily…”
This is missing the 人間のまま part from it, “your still-human throat” or smthg.
Personally I’d translate this as “It was refreshing”. “I was refreshed” sounds a bit odd
This is mom asking this. It’s missing a few particles, mainly something along the lines of へ or に
“Well, shall we go to the next place” is the essence
Similarly this is asked by Ruri
p79-81
Important to notice, that the 病院 here is modified by the “お母さんの知人がやっている” part.
That latter one means “Ran by an acquaintance of mom” (translating やる as “to run a company or similar”). So the whole thing becomes “A hospital ran by an acquaintance of mom”. And it seems to her that this is the case somehow.
見聞 is information in the sense of “experience”.
も多少ある is closer to “even has a bit of x”
“Somehow he even has a bit of experience when it comes to dragons”
診る specifically tends to mean “to look at medically” as in a medical checkup. She is meant to go for periodical medical checkups
That’s メロン, Melon. She’s asking if Ruri wants a melon in a very dialecty way.
叱られる is passive. It’s the mom getting scolded [by the grandma].
I’m pretty sure she’s saying, “if something happens to you, you can stab people to death with this” presumably for protection

普通に行って is a single quote here. “Going normally”. “Is going normally okay”, or in English “Can I just go normally?”.
アイス is ice cream
She’s saying that she can get one more ice cream.

ヤバイ I’m pretty late to finishing this chapter up this time. At least I didn’t have too many issues with the later pages, and I’m sure reading through this thread will help me with things I missed. But even if it’s not needed I’ll still post the rest of my own translation attempt. A big thanks to anyone that looks at this and helps with the rough spots I had. Now onto the next chapter!

Can someone explain why 火傷を診てもらった is used as a relative clause here? I can’t make sense of it literally.
なんでもお母さんの知人がやっている病院らしく = I hear it’s a hospital where an acquaintance of my Mom’s works
Ok, so I get this use of なんでも is the second one listed on jisho, but why is らしく also here and why is it in adverbial form instead of just らしい? And again why are we talking in this weird relative clause way where the main noun is hospital instead?
何故か龍に関する見分も多少あるとのことで = For some reason there’s hardly even any information concerning dragons so

Sorry, this didn’t really answer my question for me. I got some help from a friend who explained that 知っていた would be something like “have known” and that seems to agree with what you’re saying about being in a state of knowing in the past if I’m understanding correctly (so the sentence would be like “Naturally my grandparents have known about the situation/circumstances (the whole time)”). They also explained that it’s らしく because it’s likely connecting to the next box of her thoughts rather than being its own statement not connecting to anything and that helped me a lot, I was confused why a connective form was being used without connecting to anything.

Yes, that’s how I meant the continuative part. This happens with the て form also, but I’m too lazy to look through the manga to find one.
After week 6’s content gave me a hard time, this one felt like a massive swing back to how it was at the end of chapter 1 thankfully. So no real questions this week that haven’t already been asked and answered in this thread, and actually my shortest vocab list in my own notes this week too. Just noting chapter 2 down and onto chapter 3 later in the week.
