If anybody is interested in reading the author comment from the image above more comfortably (you know, Yomitan and all), it’s available as text on the ranking page.
On another note, in the ranking I also saw 尾守つみきと奇日常。(1) | L17?? (which is also about demihumans and has a similar feel to Ruri Dragon in my opinion) at place 3 for print manga. Looks like they got good taste over there
