The chapter felt weirdly long, even though it’s only 30 pages. Maybe because it has several rather distinct scenes.

Bouncing from cliffhanger to cliffhanger there, though.

Heels! I spy heels!

Though, I was wondering who that girl between Remi and Ishikawa was, until I started reading, and haha, that question gets answered before you even hit the title page.

Miyamura, you idiot, can you really think of no way to refer to a girl whose family name you don’t know besides using ~ちゃん?

創太がでかくなった!

I feel like this chapter is a fairly significant shift in the premise. At the beginning, Hori has zero social life because she needs to look after Souta pretty much full-time… and suddenly both of her parents are in the picture. And yeah, Kyousuke turns out to be pretty much the same sort of character as her classmates, but, like… a major part of the premise is that her parents are bad parents. And now they’re… not?

I mean, I feel like it’s not that they are bad, just that they seem to be absent a lot of the time, probably busy with work or something, both of them seem to be pretty aloof

Not sure I have much to say about this chapter. Things are progressing.

(I’d better make the time to catch up before I’m a whole volume behind!)

Well, “ing” is a kana I’ve never seen before.

I wonder if there’s a ligature for it.

This is the end of volume four, which brings us to one quarter of the way through the series.

I gotta say, Miyamura’s interactions with the Hori family are weird.

Summary

That is all.
