The smell (匂い) of a short spring night (春の夜), the lights of a convenience store (コンビニの灯り), the siren of an ambulance (救急車のサイレン) heard from afar (遠くからきこえる)

Natsumi-chan thought (と思った) that she surely (きっと) wouldn’t ever forget (忘れないだろう) of that night (この夜のこと).

Also Hiroto-kun at this time was thinking to (と思った) memorize in advance (覚えておこう) for the sake of (ために) [telling] Hideki the [next] time they meet (ヒデキに会った時).
