Chapter 77
New characters this chapter, pretty sure her name is 男が楽. His is ストレート (as in, the Japanese name for a fastball in baseball).
And then the chapter hits us with all the boys at once. Uh. ホームラン is obvious, then 玉取る人, I guess, 得意バント, 近視… すぎや? Then 恐怖女子, and 多い知識.
I actually saw the Koshien stadium during my trip - we passed it on our tour bus. 
But yeah, as I’d feared last volume, this was a bit of an “and everyone else is friends too!” moment.
There’s been occasional male students in the backgrounds every now and then, but yeah, it’s subtle. Been waiting to see what’d happen when it came time for Bocchi to talk to (gasp) boys. And apparently I’m still waiting.
Chapter 81
That was a particularly fun chapter.
It works, yeah, but I got 404’d. Does it point to a functioning address for you?
I’ve been reading Shuumatsu Touring, which is set 20 Minutes Into the Future, and as part of that, they’ve got futuristic cube-shaped 3D QR codes… except the left-hand face of the cube is always a real QR code, so you can load it and see what the characters can see (they’re stamps for a stamp rally).
I’m still ignoring that English spelling, though…
Chapter 83
Oh, another new character. One of the mysterious Last Three (the final of which is definitely gonna be Yamada at this rate). Anyway, she’s 根が真面目
Me three. Google search AI suggests that it’s “stay there and lie down” or “just lie there”, though it also rendered the text into a different script in the process. Given that it’s the same pose as her little がんばれ drawing, only with a different facial expression, I’m thinking the general gist is along the lines of “just give up”.
Gonna have to pause there and finish the catch-up later.
