Will the Cosmic Crabigator come for Crabscension this year?

Hi everyone! I’ve been enjoying WaniKani and I’d love to go for the lifetime subscription, but it’s a bit pricey for me right now… I’ve heard tales of a yearly sale, though. Is this true? It’ll suck having to wait until December, but if that means I can afford it, that’d be great

Each year there’s a lifetime sale in December. The good news is that you don’t have to wait until then to resume reviews, you could get a yearly or monthly sub until then without it going to waste as explained in the thread of the previous sale:

If you currently are on an active monthly or annual subscription and have unused time left on your plan, you will receive a prorated refund making your total Lifetime fee a bit cheaper. You’ll first be asked to pay the full sale price for Lifetime on your Subscription page and billing page, but rest assured, the proration will be refunded to your account after your purchase. We swear on the Crabigator’s left claw!!

I have no inside knowledge as to whether they will repeat the offer again this year, but a couple of years ago I took advantage of the lifetime subscription discount (in late December or early January, IIRC), and I’m glad that I did.
