Im new to wanikani, but I liked the implementation, I’ll do my best in my long journey to study, in the meantime, I just purchased lifetime subscription to also support creators! 2025 will be my year to learn japanese!
Wish I could get it but I paid for my annual through a work subsidy program and refunds are a pain to deal with (and not reporting the refund could get me in trouble). If it was a direct prorated upgrade discount, it would be easier for me.
So I’m stuck on annual. Which is fine, more motivation to become proficient quickly!
If it’s any help:
The refund will go to the card/account that was used to purchase the annual subscription.
The discounted lifetime rate can be paid through a different card/account.
Separate invoices will be issued for each.
I’m reckless, and got it at level 1. The way I see it though if I don’t I’ll be waiting months for the next sale, and I really, really don’t like subscription models… so time to make it worth the jump!
Alright, Wanikani, I’ve officially joined your kanji-crab cult. I’ve did the free levels a couple of times in the past (and then deleted my account). I’ve got lifetime now so there’s no going back! Going to learn all the things and then burn all the things!
