I’m getting some items brought back to life after being burnt (and I haven’t unburn them).
Is this normal? I was guessing maybe if somehting got changed from one level to another maybe it would happen but idk, these appeared on an low level. weird.

In what way brought back to life? They are reappearing as lessons?
WK does move stuff around, like shown in this thread, but I’m not sure if it’s supposed to unburn stuff. If items that were previously a lower level are moved up to your current level, you may encounter them again as lessons, maybe? Though, in my opinion, burned should stay burned.

Is it the thing where a burned kanji returns as a radical? That’s because they want to use that kanji to build more, but the wanikani system is strict on kanji and radicals being different things.

My policy is to clean a whole level before starting the new stuff so this are items that I cleaned up long ago.
Another one that came back and is now in level 46 is Decision:
So this is weird.
This is a new addition, it’s normal that it appeared and you never burned it.
For the others I have no idea but 対決 is also a new addition, so maybe that’s related to why you see things related to that popping up?
Some items have been moved around or added to the course over the past week, maybe that’s why you see items appearing now even though they’re in lower levels, that doesn’t necessarily mean that you’ve burned them.
If you scroll all the way down on each item’s page you will see an “Unlocked Date” that should tell you when exactly you first unlocked the entry.

hmmm that makes sense.
For ‘decision’ though it doesn’t make sense, I unlocked it last year 
I’m guessing moving up its level changed its status?

Note that you previously did the level 5 kanji item (https://www.wanikani.com/kanji/角) for 角.
The radical used to be level 21 (yes, after the kanji), until they just moved it:
