WaniKani says i canceled my subscription even thou i purchased Lifetime

As you can see ive purchased Lifetime, why wont it recognize it? Thanks

I’d suggest you e-mail this to hello@wanikani.com - they’ll be able to give the server monkey a boot in the backside until it notices you’re still subscribed.
