Subscription confusion (solved)

So I bought Lifetime Wanikani today and it was a yearly plan first. I got the mail and the receipt, but it says I no longer have a subscription active and that I am level 3 again. Is this normal, will I just have to wait a bit or did something go wrong?

If you want to show the lifetime purple level circle on the forum, just log in and log out of the forum :wink:
