I get 1,000 review every 10-15 days. So ha!
 Oh yeah!? Well....
Go away. :(

SORRY I'M NOT AS ELITE AS YOU. </3

EskimoJo said... I am having to press the 'f' key before I can use the ignore button. Is it just me or is this a feature? Using Chrome and version 1.0.4 (which says it last updated 4hrs ago on Tapermonkey, but I've been having this issue for days now).

I don't like having to see the item info for typos... as much as I try to ignore the correct answers!
That doesn't happen here. I just tested it on my side using both Chrome and firefox, and ~ always works immediately, as long as the browser window is focused. I can't do anything to resolve the problem if I can't reproduce it :(

It might be an incompatibility with another userscript. If you've got any other scripts installed, could you temporarily disable them and check whether this problem remains?
Will give it a go.

 More reviews = less elite.

Wow, those in level 1 must be totally fluent, right?

Officially best thing ever.  No more failed burns because I inputted the reading I’ve been using the most at the high level I’m now at rather than the one I also know perfectly well that was used most at levels 1-6.

No, but if you have way more reviews than me and we are at the same level, I'm obviously keeping up better than you.  (No moral judgement here; I have had way more reviews than usual this week because I was sick as a dog and blew off tuesday after failing everything the first time I tried to review stuff that day.)

 Much!  thanks :)

I’m apprehensive about using this…  I feel like there should be some sort of oath involved, possibly one in blood and/or involving the sacrifice of young children.

I’ve experienced heaps of frustration when trying to level up, but having to wait several days after some of the silly mistakes other users have mentioned already. It has sapped my motivation many times, but ruipgpinheiro, you found the answer.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Your Userscript is a gift!

I have looked through the website linked in the OP, searched and looked through several pages and cannot find an answer. Does anyone have a way to get this to work with Safari?

^some of those hits might be helpful
You could also just switch over to Firefox or Chrome ;D

finally bothered to put in the effort to install this on chrome.

sadly, i chose to do this AFTER all my reviews for the day were done, so im just gonna pre-emptively thank you and hope i didnt install it wrong somehow.

thanks.

How come I didn’t know about this? This could have saved me a few days repeating kanji I mistyped or wrote the on’yomi instead of kun’yomi reading…

Thanks, I honestly didn't know to search for greasemonkey. Switching to another browser is not a viable option, especially when we have other people in this community developing for Safari as it is. I use Chrome on PC and Android but Safari is jut way too useful on my Macbook.

EDIT: I installed GreaseKit using the information here and added this script following the comment here. I now have "Wanikani Override" listed and enabled in Safari but have no Ignore button during my reviews. I realize OP only mentions Chrome & Firefox but if anyone more familiar with scripts in Safari could take a look, I'd really appreciate it. Just waiting patiently on this one - it is incredibly useful. Thanks for the development so far.

How does it work? I installed it yesterday, and I have never noticed a red button when I got a wrong answer.

The red button is on the bottom of the review page next to the "Hotkeys and "Report Errors" buttons. It's always there, even before you answer.

Thanks for replying. Am I supposed to do something after installing the script? I see it in my extensions, but I do not see that red button.
