Every time I do a review, or a practice test when I learn new things, I can’t enter my answers.
I press the enter key, or try to click the arrow to advance, but nothing happens.
It’s not my enter key which isn’t working, I have to conclude it’s Wanikani’s fault.
screenshots? Is it shaking? Does a blurb come up? Typed meaning instead of reading etc?
Try another browser, another computer, or restarting your computer.
Do you have multiple windows with Wanikani open? That can sometimes do weird things.
Just did tons of reviews over the past two hours and it worked perfectly fine.
Have you tried disabling all extensions?
I had a similar issue this weekend. I could enter things, but then it wouldn’t take them (and they’d keep coming up in my reviews).
I was able to reload the page and restart, after which it worked fine. The issue happened again a couple days later, though.
So far, every time I’ve just returned to the homepage and gone back into my reviews. Have you tried that?
Hmmm that’s weird I use Wanikani for half year and use it on every platform I’m using with scripts and api. Never has an issue.
You’re level 3, so it was working. What has changed from then to now?
I’ve typed the right thing, and a screenshot wouldn’t be helpful as nothing happens on-screen
This is a recent problem, so it might change, but it hasn’t fixed itself after I reload or restart.
Isnt WaniKani only free up to level 4? Could it be because you arent paying for it yet? The forums dont update right away so if you leveled up to 4 maybe its just not letting you progress because your trial is up.
Not sure personally as I never used the free trial all the way up to level four lol I started paying at level 3 or so
No, you can always do reviews for items in levels 1-3, even if you’re not subscribed.
