Tsurukame + Heatmap fix

Regarding those recent events : API changes - Get All Reviews , do you think it would be possible to implement a fix to upload reviews (more or less directly) from Tsurukame to Heatmap?

I would be sooo grateful of you could
And I feel like many other people also would…
Though I would totally understand if it was impossible due to too much work, technical issues, etc…
