There's no mnemonic for 科目

The word is spelled かもく. The reading we learned for 科 is か (no problems there). But the reading we learned for 目 is め. In level 8, we’ve never encountered the on’yomi version for 目 in any previous words, but the reading explanation remains “This is a jukugo word that uses the on’yomi readings of the kanji. You should be able to read this on your own.” In level 9, we do get a mnemonic for 目次, but that’s in the next level. Can we have a special mnemonic for this word or swap around some kanji and vocab so we encounter 目次 earlier?
